I aim to ship all orders received via my online shop within 3 working days.

If a scarf is out of stock, please do contact me as many can be made to order, taking up to 10 days before they are ready to ship.

The majority of orders will fit through a standard letterbox
(larger orders and gift wrapped scarves may not)

UK Delivery - Free
UK orders are sent by first class Royal Mail

International Delivery - Europe from £7.95 / Rest of the world from £10.95
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International
Import duties for deliveries to the EU, US, and rest of the world are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders can be gift wrapped and an optional message included inside the package

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to exchange or return an item please send an email to order@victoriarichards.com and return your item in it’s original packaging to Victoria Richards, Clockwork Studios, 38 Southwell Road, London SE5 9PG.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once returned and checked you will receive a confirmation email and your exchange item sent or your refund processed to the original method of payment, usually within 5 working days.
